Spiral Nozzle Silicon carbide spiral nozzles are a distinctive type among many nozzles. As the continuously tapering spiral body guides the slurry, it undergoes tangential and collision interactions along the spiral path, changing direction to form a sheet-like spray that projects into a concentric conical shape. The liquid encounters no obstruction from the inlet to the outlet of the nozzle cavity. Even at very low operating pressures, it maintains high absorption efficiency, earning widespread recognition in desulfurization systems. The silicon carbide high-flow nozzle, also known as the reaction-bonded silicon carbide desulfurization nozzle, is a key component in thermal power plants, large boilers, and complete sets of desulfurization and dust removal equipment. Domestically produced reaction-bonded silicon carbide desulfurization and dust removal nozzles are gradually replacing imported products, offering excellent properties such as high strength, high hardness, resistance to severe corrosion, intense wear, and high-temperature endurance, with an ultra-long service life under harsh conditions. Double Hollow Cone Tangential Nozzle Silicon carbide nozzles are a new type of ceramic material characterized by high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, high strength, tolerance to extreme cold and heat, excellent thermal shock resistance, minimal high-temperature deformation, good thermal conductivity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Silicon carbide nozzles are used in power plant desulfurization to remove sulfur dioxide and other pollutants from flue gas. Both coal-fired power plants and integrated gasification combined cycle systems share the common task of desulfurization and denitrification (as well as dust removal). Flue gas emitted from power plants without desulfurization and denitrification directly pollutes the atmospheric environment, while untreated gas in combined cycles can damage the hot-end components of gas turbines, and their exhaust also pollutes the environment. It can also be designed with different liquid flow rates for the upper and lower spray holes, such as 80% upward and 20% downward. Hollow Cone Tangential Nozzle Limestone slurry enters the vortex chamber of the nozzle tangentially and is ejected from the spray hole at a right angle to the inlet direction. The nozzle is formed by integral injection molding with no internal separation parts. The maximum particle size that can freely pass through the nozzle is approximately 80% of the spray hole size, with multiple angle and flow rate options available.
